Owner, Managing Partner & Director of Operations

PJ Kumor III serves as Director of Operations at Turnkey Pipe Solutions, LLC. He joined TPS in June of 2023 after serving the Appalachian Basin as Regional Sales Manager for a multi-billion-dollar OCTG Distributor for the previous four years. Leaving all that behind, PJ has worked closely with his TPS partners to improve operational efficiencies, internal processes, and overall brand awareness. PJ graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and has since been a leading revenue driver focused on business development across multiple industries, including Finance, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device and Oil & Gas.  In his spare time, he enjoys all things outdoors, his family and perhaps more than the rest, his Frenchie, Tootie.

Regional Account Manager

Justin serves as our Regional Account Manager and will be helping us manage and grow existing relationships as well as adding new ones.  In his previous role, he was responsible for selling, dispatching and managing field-based crews performing torque turn monitoring, thread rep services on semi-premium and premium connections, clean-visual-drift-tally work and top level account management.  Justin brings a wealth of tubular experience and basin specific knowledge that we believe will make him an invaluable addition to our team and customers.  

Regional Account Manager

Liv serves as our Regional Account Manager in the Appalachian Basin. Originally from the South, she moved to Northern West Virginia to play softball at Fairmont State University, where she earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Chemical Science. Since graduating, Liv has built her career in the Appalachian oil and gas industry, gaining valuable experience across multiple roles. She now focuses on managing new and existing accounts and driving business expansion in the region.

Operations Manager

Since 2008, Tommy has been serving the industry as a trusted inspector and QAQC professional.  Specializing in Air Hammer inspection, maintenance, and assembly, he’s added a very valuable offering to our portfolio of services.  Additionally, Tommy is experienced and well versed in BHA, Drill Pipe, Shock, and motor inspection.  Having graduated for the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in 1999 with degrees for three manufacturers, his mechanical and technical skill set allows him to keenly diagnose and efficiently repair mechanical failures and quickly assess and solve technical problems.  He takes great pride in helping develop new crew members and is truly a champion for producing a quality outcome.  In his spare time, Tommy enjoys hunting, fishing, riding dirt bikes and spending time with his family.
